I saw on asusmobile.ru, P525 is already hacked to support 128M RAM.

On hardware I've upgraded my P525 to 128M;

On fireware, there is a Russian version 128M-enabled ROM; I thought some new driver much be added into that ROM, how can tell what that driver is?

I'm can try to patch mine firmware for using 128M ... but can't test (as not available soldering stations for bga ... and chips not searched as first not available :( )

for realization need changes in XIP to that initialize chip for using 128Ram ...

FYI: almost no risk to try , as bootloader will not be touched

Thanks,Davli.

Do you mean only changes are in XIP part, and NB0 has no new things comparing to normal ROM?
