Use phone without loudspeaker

Is there a way to use the phone without a loudspeaker?
i Just got the Athena from a friend without users guide etc..
Searched the net for it but have not found anything.
I am pretty new to mobile devices (Exept ordinary phones)

Unfortunately its either SpeakerPhone, Bluetooth Headset or
Wired Headset only.

The phone was not designed for hold to head use :)

User guide is available online in PDF format. Also you might want to consider an LG Style-i. Lots of us use them with our 7501's etc. An excellent accessory, especially if you don't want to use a headset. When people see me using my Style-i they think it's a cell phone, not realising my Advantage is in my pocket or somewhere near by. Hth
