cant't find the latest 10 Button Comm Manager for the Kaiser

I've just searched the forum for more that 1 hour, but I can't find the download-link for the latest release of the "10 Button Comm Manager" for the Kaiser. Most important for me is the "3G - no 3G"- button and the WIFI-button - is there a version with this 2 buttons together available (I figured out, that some versions have the 3G-button as replacement to the WIFI-button, and other versions habe a WIFI-button that doesn't work...)

many thanks for the link... what I didn't mention: I would prefer to have a comm-manager in german language. Is this version also available in german? - if not: I can live with the english one :-)
