Newbie with bricked M3100

Hi,

I was getting the "No GSM" msg and tried to follow forum instructions to fix-it.

I'm now stuck at the boot loader screen

HERM100
IPL-1.01

HERM100
SPL-1.40.Olipro

I can talk to the phone with mtty, active sync wont make a USB connection and I can't get the ROM update program to see the phone. Any tips?
