　　我的一部vodafone的moto Q9工程机，刚开始能用，但是链接电脑后好象系统被锁定，显示系统是测试版已经到期了。其在屏幕上显示的英 文如下：
　This concludes the beta test of this software release. Thank you very much for your time and effort in helping make this a great product for our customers.
　To obtain a newer release or further info, please revisit the web site that you used to obtain your current beta release.
　　所有的屏幕内容和菜单全部被上述英文挡住，WM系统无法使用。
　　我换了无数版本的ROM进行刷机，但是无法使用，目前只能接电话，其它什么也作不了，请问 怎么办？

If you want help you may want to be more specific of what is the problem. Most people are not able to read half of the stuff in your 1st post.
From what i can see yor beta software just expire..

　　The screen Covered with above english word，the Windows mobile can‘t uses，only Answers the telephone.
　　
I had flashed much ROM release，but　It is not successful ，hard reset Also useless。
　　　what I can do?

We still don't quiet know what program is this so I'll assume it's the WM OS itself.

　　I have look the link，but how to copy the 19716 time bomb crack file into rom and replace? because now can't Normal start Q9H, it don't like PC can fomat disk or modify　bios?

I don't know how to copy time bomg thing, you may need to read the whole thread.
Better yet you may get better responce if you post your questions in that thread.
