my phone is HTC p4350,the SPL is 4.70.YANG, but now i want to flashing the
HTC Official's windows mobile 6.1 ROM the ROM's name is HTC_P4350_WWE_4.17.405.2_4.1.13.44_02.94.90_Ship.e xe .but now my phone's ROM is chinese rom ,the SPL is not 1.0000000 ，so how can i to drop my SPL to 1.0000 ,i want to flashing the HTC official's rom ,how can i do ? please help me ,thanks
