I have a G4 with
IPL: 2.21.0001
SPL:2.21.0001
GSM: 02.07.10
OS:2.18.7.2

i have WM 5.1.xx and i want to upgrade the rom, i'll see TNT and SNN 3.0 but i can upgrade because the upgrade tool give me ERROR300, do you know how can upgrade? witch is the best ROM image for this phone?

And one more question, what's a G4 phone, with diferrences have from a G3 and other's

Read and fully understand the guide posted here in the Wiki, it'll answer all your questions and procedure to upgrade a G4 device to wm6.
BTW,you can't just download any wm6 Rom and upgrade your phone with it,its first requires to do CID unlock the phone,but a G4 device cannot be CID unlocked like a G3 phone,coz it has different M-System Flash Chip type DOC Chip with altogether different IPL/SPL (Bootloaders),which are specifically made not to be easily CID unlocked like the G3 devices. This is the only difference in a G3 and G4 devices,otherwise,they are basically same as regards to specifications and features.
However,a G4 device can still be upgraded to wm6 Roms with other methods called 'HardSPL' and 'SoftSPL',check out this link or the 'Stickies' posted at the top of this thread as "hardSPL' and 'SoftSPL' for upgrading to wm6 :-

Its SIM unlocked not CID unlocked. SIM unlock is very different than CID unlock,with SIM unlock you can insert and use any SIM of any other network,but with CID unlock you can flash or upgrade to any wm6 or latest Rom. The reason you have not been able to upgrade to any of the above mentioned in your first post is coz your phone is CID locked,it won't upgrade untill its CID unlocked,ok

Hello once again, I red about t, and I was trying to make the procedements off the manual, but i get 2 problems:

If i try to Run HARD_SPL in the PC with XP, when Open the Dos window, the program gives Error, don't copy the files to device and windows close, i try in a different PC and the problem is the same.

When I Run in vista, pass the dos windows, and copy to device, the screen stay White, but when i make next in the update TOOL, the program crach, windows give me a messagem, program don't responding....

Can anyone help me?

Hello, run from Command Prompt don't resolve the problem, when the apliccation try to copy to pda give me---> cecopy.exe -> apliccation error
