I'm personally running a 4GB microSDHC from SanDisk. I've read where some people are running up to 8 GB, but I think it makes a difference which ROM you have loaded.

Being a PDA owner since Windows CE and clamshells, I've found that as long as you stick with name brands of memory cards, sticks, etc. you should be fine.

I hope this helps! :)

My OS is T-Mobile WM6 german and works fine with 6GB microSDHC from SanDisk

Most cooked wm6/6.1 roms should run with the sdhc cards. This is one of the reasons we flash our phones.... :D

My understanding is that any microsd card over 2 gig (I've never seen one over 2 gig that isn't) is a SHDC card. SDHC support requires WM6 and the driver for the card reader that supports SHDC.

As far as I know, every WM6 ROM available, cooked or otherwise, has the newer driver.

The stock WM5 ROM will not support SDHC cards. I do believe that there is a program floating around that will allow WM5 to recognize SDHC cards. I have the stock WM6 from HTC/ATT & my 4G SDHC works without any problems. The only problem that I ran into is that my card read for my laptop will not recognize the card. There shouldn't be any issues with the 6G or 8G cards either.
