i would have asked the same as Prawns -- I am afraid Uni is for Hobbyists only

Since the Uni never had an HTC-build of WM6, ALL ROMs are cooked from versions for other devices.

There are NO definitive drivers that are guaranteed to work 100% correctly 100% of the time, because HTC never released them.

So - if you want total stability, and total reliability, go find a totally vanilla WM5 ROM - that'll give you that (but none of the 'extras').

If the only thing you really want from WM6.1 is the Office 2007-compatible Office Mobile stuff, then either build a WM5 ROM with that in-place, or look around - I'm pretty sure some of the WM5 cooked ROMs have that in them.

If you want all the latest & greatest, bells & whistles, then you've got to put up with the facts that:

a) There may be problems - these are being cooked by a single developer working pretty much in the dark, NOT by a development team.
b) The ROM likely won't have exactly the feature-set you want to see -- if you want that, either approach a cooker directly with an offer to pay him/her for it, or build it yourself (which is what I'm doing). Yes - it's a painful, time-consuming process, but at least you'll learn something - I sure am!

Just my opinion.....
