No softreset with pen possible

Hello,

i have a problem with my cruise. When i try to do a soft reset and put the pen in the hole on the bottom of the cruise, i can feel the soft reset switch and i can press it, but nothing happens. A Softreset is only possible with software or by removing the akku. Is this a known problem or do i have to send my cruise back?

Is there a key in the registry to disable this button ?

try using Space Reclaimer software from ValkSoft.com. Under tools, Soft Reset is an option. My Soft Reset button works ok.
