Dump folder for PKGtool help

Need quick help on how to prepare dump folder for PKGtool please.

I'm trying to extract T9 files from WM6 emulator image gotten from here http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=38c46aa8-1dd7-426f-a913-4f370a65a582&DisplayLang=en#filelist

Basically I'm following steps from here http://melgurth.ovh.org/index.php?page=rg

But I'm stuck on how to prepare dump folder content(?) All I currently have is the SP_SKY_GSM_VR.bin file from Microsoft's link above.

Any help appreciated ;)

to my knowledge you can't do that the bin is different then the bin your thinking of u need to find a rom posted on the forums that has this then you can dump and package
