Blue ActionScreen and Blue Quick Menu

I am trying to complete my blue theme on my Kaiser, but I can't seem to locate a link to where I can get a Blue ActionScreen and a Blue Quick Menu. Could someone please direct me to where I can download these. Thanks.

Thanks for the quick response. By Quick Menu I meant the Quick List (The list that you get when you press and hold the end key for awhile). I want a Quick List that is blue instead of black. Everything is to be blue except the wordings and the icons.

Oh, I've never seen or used that before, doesn't work on mine, but search the registry, there should be an image file, just like the action screen.
