Help with international appointments

Im having some issues that I need help with. I have a kaiser with wm6.1 on it.

I travel overseas regularly and when I set an appointment at home in outlook, then change the phone to visiting location & timezone when in the new country. The appointment time then changes. Is there a way to stop this happening?

i do it all on my pda. i simply switch to the visiting time zone before i set the appointment then switch back to the home time zone. Then when you actually travel to that location, switch the time voila.
