hello
i'm using my Imate and i have the lastest update downloaded
so i was wondering how can i make my coverage work using At&t
i contacted at&t and they said i should buy a special phone from their service
so is there a way i can fix it

Are you in the U.S.? If so, AT&T is primarily 850MHz...sometimes in larger cities 1900Mhz can be found. As you know, the Universal is triband and quad would be needed to receive an 850MHz signal. However, T-Mobile still remains primarily 1900MHz in the U.S.; the signal is choppy at times but is more reliable than AT&T outside of large cities.

yes i do live in the states actually i live in Arlington - Texas and i work in Dallas - Texas
but the problem is i lose my coverage all the time and if i have coverage, i have poor connection and its not good and i cant talk
so is there a way to do it or at least if can unlock the software... i dont know

its my 1st time here in the states. i didnt have problems when i was in lebanon
and even though i have a nokia phone having the same problem abd they used to work back in lebanon good and having no caverage error
