For those that dont live in the part of the world as to where the network wizard is applicable... try this

and look for a key launching network wizard or something of the sort i forget my exact file name

Great info. I always just hit no when it asks to run network wizard, then click disable and it never asks again

i have never seen the disable option... hmm
