Disable RUU battery check?

Is there a way to disable the battery check in the RUU while flashing? It requires you to have at least 50% free even though i'll be damned if it uses more than 1%. It's somewhat annoying, as you have to wait for it to charge above 50%

Yah, i've been caught in that situation several times! and by the time it gets to 50% something comes up and i don't have time to flash..

But i'm pretty sure this will cause problems with those that will flash at like 1%!

obviously, those that flash at 1% should probably be thinking about charging their phone. I'd go far as to say they'd deserve the resulting brick
