Ho un Glofiish x800 bloccato e non riesco a sincronizzarlo con ACTIVE SYNC...

Quando lo accendo mi appare la schermata arancione... e non va avanti...
ho provato a collegarlo al PC ma nulla... non si connette con ACTIVE SYNC

When I ignite it me appears the orange shielded one... and it does not go ahead... I have tried to connect it to the PC but null... it is not connected with ACTIVE SYNC

Hard reset without program:
1) Press Power Button and Reset Button together and release them at the same time.
2) Immediately before device starts to reboot, press and hold End Call Button for about 15 seconds until the "Erase all data and loads defaults ?" screen appears.
3) To make the REALLY hard-reset, you have to choose YES at the first question, so the second won't even appear.

this will do a hard reset and you are back to factory defaults. it should boot now.
