Arcsoft MMS for WM2003

Hello I recently flashed with WM2003 and have been looking for the Arcsoft MMS application, many that I have tried to download and installed said that its not a valid windows CE file.

Does anybody have a link to an Arcsoft MMS Composer that I can try?

It is version 1.6.0.14, I believe now version 5 is out?, looks like I got a very old verison, but at least it works, the others gave a "this is not a valid windows ce install file" error.

if they were exe files then it that error is typical
user trying to run a pc activesync install file directly from their pda

install files to be run on pda's are in 99% of cases cab and not exe
