cingular 8125 freez on splash.

Hello.Sorry for wrong english.
my problem is on cingular 8125
I bought it with problem.
On splash screen it freeze, i flash RUU_Wizard_225111_22511102_022511_CWS_WWE_Ship_1,b ecause it firmware for cingular 8125. and it freeze too.
Can you help me?

First of All Is your Phone CID unlocked?

if it is check to see if you can hard reset if your phone says Format is Failed then here is your fix

First flash factory rom

grab a minisd that is blank *Warning it will Overwrite any card you put in*

enter into bootloader
reset+ camera button

in windows xp

Download mtty

Stop ActiveSync, by Task Manager (press Ctrl + Alt + Delete)
kill two processes rapimgr.exe and wcescomm.exe

run program

set port to
\\.\WCEUSBH001
click OK

*Warning it will Overwrite any card you put in*
type in at CMD>
r2sd all

then press enter

after it finishes reset pda and return back into bootloader mode
reset+ camera button

it will ask if you wish to flash from sd press Voice Command button to accept

after 100% complete reset phone you should be able to get back

Your phone is CID locked,Mtty will not work in this situation. Have you tried a Hard Reset.
Does it display any error message while flashing the official Rom,does it complete flashing or stops with a error message ?
Which windows you are flashing with,WinXP or Vista ?

You cannot CID unlock in the Bootloaders,it has to have a working OS (Rom),try to flash a rom,try these roms,lets hope one of them might work, Button's Rom 1.05 or xda_minis_launch or wizard_love_rom and official rom of your carrier and if there's any sdcard/mini_sdcard inserted in the phone,take it out before flashing,just keep on trying the different roms,its a catch 22 situation,it won't let the rom flash,stuck at splash screen and still it won't get CID unlocked in Bootloaders or use the Mtty method.I can imagine your frustration,but you gotta keep on trying.

i tried Xda_MiniS_LaunchROM_v154102,wizard love,button and original rom from cingular. and it freez on boot at all roms,and cannot make a hard reset. what i will doing next?

YES ! it is repairable,but not free,you'll have to pay for getting the CID unlock code from 'imei-check' uk.They might charge you around 20 or 30 dollars and provide you with a unlocking code,after that you'll be able to flash any Rom,but,here we were trying to get it working free somehow! :( Anyway, the choice is yours now,but certainly it is repairable,don't loose hope ! :)

If i recall correctly while developing SoftSPL for G4, The Equinox also made a G3. Problem is no one ever thought of a use to it (until now, and i have others hehe :P)

Well, I do realize your frustration,but this application still needs to be tested and tried first,as far as I know,it has not been applied and tried yet.
But keep your fingers crossed as I'm,hope it comes out successful,it wud solve this problem of not allowing to "r2sd all" using mtty in CID locked device.

hmm, there's a flaw in my theory: It's necessary to access WinCE (WM) to allow Haret to do it's job :mad:

Maybe there's a work around i can think of...

i think it can be repaired. i also has same problem and i thought my set is gone now but as luck would have it i have a friend in o2 service centre and he took my set and not only he repaired it but also installed wm6 in it. let me know if thats ok with u

Why don't you offer your help in the thread dedicated to it? And there are a lot of dead wizard owners that would like that too.

Well,if you have been able to revive a dead wizard like you say,than,I wud suggest that you explain the exact procedure as an illustrated guide and upload the software on some good server for download and with inventory of all the tools/cables required to perform this revival method,it wud be a grrrrr8 service to the community at large. :D

i flash ipl/spl 3.08 and i have 3.08 spl, this is the first when spl is change. Are a exist the official or official(edited) roms with 3.08 ipl/spl? thank you for a help
