Hmm that is odd. I am using Rickys V22 and I have no problems with it at all. What version of his ROM are you using?

Download the new rom I have posted below in my signature. That should resolve everything. :)

I am using Ricky's V23 ROM, And I am also having "Vibrate" issues. I have the same issues with vibrations stated below, but my Dash also hangs on on multi-vibrate.

I have started having issues with the Kavana 0804 ROM and vibrating. It used to vibrate fine, but now it doesn't. This is a huge annoyance, I'm missing all my calls and text messages. I'd rather have WM2003 with vibrate than this... :(

It may not be the ROM I suppose. I also changed my battery recently.

i have used all the roms that you guys have had issues with...and never had this problem. go to settings > profiles and on the vibrate one, change the options.. make a call vibrate, txt pulse etc...
