Rakicomputers (http://stores.ebay.com/Rakicomputers) an ebay seller, is selling brand new replacement parts(T-mobile Brand)for your Excalibur. This is the complete shell casing minus the battery door, not a bad deal for $27.95 shipped to your door. This seller has 164 of these ready to go.
I thought this would be some good info considering these cases go for $80.00+ and It's not a bad future investment, I purchased my Excalibur used and the screen is the only part that flawless so I'm in need of a face lift. I just ordered mine, I posted quality results when it arrives.
