The PDAViet is at it again, supplying us with the latest ROMs and Core! :)

ROM WM6.1 v2.61.27 FOR HTC UNI

ROM phiên bản V27 là Clean, đã loại bỏ hầu hết các ứng dụng từ bản V26.
Tích hợp SIM Manager v6.42...
Sử dụng Theme Default của WM6.0, tuy nhiên có tích hợp Theme của WM6.1 theo kèm để ai muốn sử dụng thì kích hoạt.

FINALLY! no flash disk! this could actually be the one for me.
will try this really soon.

here's the rest of the translation, if anyone's interested:

No flash disk? Don't you find it at all useful? I think it's useful as a place to install applications so they don't take up regular storage space.

"on the paper" its really useful, and its more storage space. which is always helpful.
but in reality it gave me problems. once i installed hebrew language support (which always worked in wm 6 roms) the SD drivers ceased to function.

im still not sure whats the cause of this, but i had a good reason to suspect the flashdisk.
im going to flash now and see if its the cause of my problems =P
i guess i shouldnt get my hopes up, though.

BTW, i have a G3 device.

will report back soon.

i've never in my life seen a rom run this fast, or smooth.

39.67/29.63 after a fresh install.

which is awesome.. but its missing a few basic things mms..and.. I can't think of anything else this second but I know I had a few other things in mind.

its 4am and I haven't had sleep yet. hah

Of cause another fake build number:D

But I think its come from ervius' trinity italy rom.
I've checked the source trinity rom, not a fake core, and obviously not 19900. In fact, the ita rom is a hybrid, with 19199 19209 and the real one:19212

must to say, pdaviet keep up with all the fake number very quickly, like 19701,19900, and the famous 20000:p

to tell you the truth, (and i never thought i'd say this),
but i really don't give a damn :)

i mean, yeah it's dirty to fake build numbers,
but look at the bottom line - its a good WORKING ROM! i really don't mind anymore about persuing the latest build. i really don't.
because all that it has given me is intability from my UNI.

so when i find a nice stable rom to work with, i really don't care what is the build number, as long as it's working properly.
and this is exactly what this rom is.

it doesn't lack any special features (well, apart from MMS), it doesn't crash, it looks professionally made, it feels professionally made, and its stable.
what else would i need? =]

I am using PDAC with ENG Interface, with no problem (normal 2GB SD card). i also have a g3 machine and i've been with ranju's roms since 7.1 . what is wrong with your drivers?

Also I have had problems with this Rom, does not work SD and activesynce too ,i will wait some update from ranju ,because the 7.4 and 7.6 has without bt activesynce yet .

The CORE 19900 is floating around for a month now at the KaiSer section. Most cooks including HyperDragon and PDAViet has ROMs floating with the above CORE.

I was using the latest pdaviet so was tempted to flash as my uni works great with there existing one. However SDHC card issues, very slow starting up occasionally, and a lot of small irritations has convinced me to go back.

What I would really like to happen is for Ranju to add bluetooth active sync support or pdaviet to have a look at the video driver in games. Either or would provide the best rom in my opinion :D

ps:i have just reflashed to my old rom but could,t resolve nothing:(
babak, don't worry, your sd card could be just fine.
stick it inside a card reader connected a PC, and see if your files are readable and intact.
if they are, you're just suffering from the same problem as i and KOR did.

just install a different rom. preferrably WM6 and not 6.1, for me it seems this bug exists in all 6.1 roms.

This Rom is working nice and really fast with my Uni 64 MB RAM. I was using Ranju's 7.6 for a while without any problem, but this one seems to have a better memory management. I m waiting for Ranju's new release with this Core and i believe it would be a perfect ROM for me.

I had a problem with this ROM, there was an error at the time of the flash and I had a error 113.
After a few hours of research on Internet, I found like formatting the internal chip of the PPC.
Since it goes super good, it should be seen whether the ROM is there for something in this error.

thank you very much for your replay shlomki :),now my sd works like a sharm After your suggestion ,and now i'm sure that the problem is, this rom because have tryed one more time to flash it and the problem was replicate with another formatting sd card :).

Yeah. There is a write protect on SD card. Must be written Lock next to it. In Lock position you will not be able to write anything to the card, but can read.

You are right regarding BT sync, I never tried it. And I dont think that Ranju claimed BT sync in his release note for 7.6.
I am a happy man when I compare Ranju's 7.6 with the WM5 shipped with my device :D cant demand anything more

Try their latest ROM which is much much faster and stable than this ROM. The link is in post #46.

I don't think this is a good way to give comment. You also need a source for ur own Rom. He can create new Rom with the same step. Taking care of each other's business is a great way to show respect and to get respect!:)
