Error[302] update error Help (MDA VARIO)

WHile upgrading my mda vario rom its always stuck on 80% . i change the data cables and rom files again download from t-mobile , but its not working , plz help me . my mobile now stuck on bootloader because rom setup always stuck on 80%. thats why OS not install on my MDa vario,

"THE ROM UPdate utility has encountered communication errors during the update process...."

plz if any one have Onld rom version
1.0 owr 2.0 then plz share it with me , because t-mobile only have rom version 3.0 on its website
plz SIr help me as Soon as Possible
