Installing Softwares Problem

When i install an item how come mostly the whole time it says that it does not have sufficient system permission?!! is there a way i can change the sufficient system permission or something??! thnxx in advance people!!!

Use SDA unlocker to unlock the phone. Google it and you should find it, if not it should be on this forum...

Oh here it is. Make sure your phone is plugged into the USB before you open the application from your computer.

Well, did you plug it in with the USB and all, and wait for the computer to detect your phone.

Oh ok if not try this man, drag it to your phone and install the .cab from the phone ok. It should work.
