Im Lost- Harspl , uspl , spll ???

I read and i dont understand.
I have a niki ( htc dual touch) blocked to an operator.
I want to debrand unlocking is no so important.

What i have to do to instal a new rom.
In my TYTN2 i instaled hardspl....but with niki i dont realy what to do!
I read a post regarding spl in this forum but i didnt understand what to do.

Since you already have a Tytn II with HardSPL installed, I think you'll easily understand how to do to CIDunlock your Niki, so I'll quickly remember it to you.

Download the SSPL.EXE and HARDSPL 1.16 or 1.15 zips form the HardSPL/USPL topic, copy SSPL.EXE on your Nike, launch it (your device will reboot overriding the SPL), and then run a RUU with the HardSPL.nbh (I guess you know how to flash with your Kaiser).

10 seconds after, you'll have a CIDunlocked Niki on which you can flash any ROM you want ;)
