oh and tcpmp DOES have the flash plugin im just dumb and forgot so my installed programs list shows the flash bundle

reload the carbon theme through settings->today, chose a different theme press ok then go back and choose Carbon.

FTouchFlo is included so you might want to go to /Program Files/FTouchFlo configuration/ and copy FTouchFlo config to /Windows/Start Menu/Programs/

I like the rom so far but it seems somewhat sluggish compared to most of the others I have tried. I also don't like the call screen using black text ontop of black background. I did what you said with touchflo in the startup. what is the cude and how do I enable that

well its running great for me.
did you overclock with batterystatus?
i didnt add in the cube because there are three different cubes so i didnt want to put in a specific one. thats all up to you.

Then change the settings in MMS . Start > Messaging > Menu > MMS Options > Servers > T-mobile MMS (which is my carrier, if different pick your carrier) . Now goto Send Limit and change the value to 1200K. Click done and you are done.

ActiveSync ...... All contacts , notes , and calendar dates updated with no issues.

Audio ..... AudioManager nothing more to say. Two thumbs up

Battery ..... So far seems very strong as running wifi , full back light, installing and un-installing, playing with UL and software Also had several phone calls. Took 2 hours in the installing and testing battery ended at 80%

Blue-tooth ....... Sweet as usual with alberts roms as I click bluetooth I dont have to goto add new device it just grabs it and connects. Has no draw backs as of yet using 3 blue-tooth units on it atm.

Calculator ........ Is working with no flaws. Just beautiful ... A unique skin for it.

Camera ..... Sweet with the easy settings for storage as you open it the first time

Games ....... Well albert wasn't as nice as he was in the past he totally removed the games folder.

Internet Sharing ....... I dont see it . Is it hiding ? I am still looking for a good hack for it free.

MMS ....... Perfect out the box. Added the hack sweet as pie....

Phone Key Pad .... Sweet keys..... Nice carbon effect on the keys. I would have liked for them to light up but thats just my preference.

SMS ....... Another perfect out the box as we all knew before flashing.

Texting with Keyboard ...... The keypad letters all work fine. Great job albert.

Voice Command ...... There isn't one added ... I added one.

Wifi ....... Wifi is working smoothly and flawless.

Windows Media ...... Doesn't want to play much of anything but hey I dont use it . But it has a nice htc logo... Again why not carbon it albert ?

Well it seems to have a lag in but is faster than the last rom I tested by albert.... The top bar is back to sweetness .. I dont seem to like pocketscreen as much as magic ss.

I do miss the MMS templates even tho its no biggie. And its only ver 4.2.8.1. I think albert likes the MMS / SMS seperate. I will use it either way.

Albert what happened ?????? I cant use my OZ .... arggghhhhh .. Ok let m e play with it a bit more if I get it to work ill update the review....

So if you want to complain about a rom remember if you don't speak up and tell the cook what you do and don't like then don't say anything at all. The cooks here are doing this out of appreciation , admiration and love of the art of cooking. If you think it is so easy then put out your own rom.

Now remember I tested this on a t-mobile wing . A lot of these problems may not occur on all phones. So if you have a different phone please post your findings.

The rom is impressive with incredible carbon screens that kidnamedalbert created. I love the calculator look ..Also impressing at his custom explorer start page with his carbon on it yes I look at detail..

All the buttons work from the comm manager screen which has been flawed in a few roms .

I hope my review of this rom helps many in their questions as I tried to cover as much space as possible. If you feel something is missing please make a note of it so for future note my reviews will be as full as possible. And once again thanks to papa for allowing me to be on the beta testers team . I feel so special now.

And a note to zcink trust me you will want to test this one out .YES zcink I mean this one is a newer rom .... GET IT !!! zcink I am talking to you.

to change to second splash you need to create a file named welcomehead.96.png and design it to your liking and use total commander to copy it to windows folder.

i feel sad that you would want to change the splash screens of my rom :(
but oh well.

Just want to create something my own to make it more personal.

I installed Chinese support but again the text/email could not display and give a blank screen. And it backs to normal after I uninstalled the Chinese.
So I think the text/email program is imcompatible with Chinese. Sad to me.

Hi,
I was using WM6.0 PDAVIET rom before and i decided to update with this firmware..
Everythings went fine...Just i have a little issue which i didnt have before upgrading this firmware..After starting talking by phone a kind of weird hissing sound starts in a few seconds..I checked the radio firmware about it, and updated to 3.21.90 with a hope of solution but no change...
Anybody got similar issues?

Hi, when cooking new rom pls keep in mind, the dialling,last call etc texts are black on dialer skin so it is really really so hard to see it while calling smone.And the thumbnail picture is so small on dial skin too.

By the way, i just figured it out that my power consumption increased after i upgraded this rom, but i can not figure out if wm6.0 to 6.1 upgrade caused this or smthing else..normally i was using just %20 of my battery in daily usage but it seems it is about %40 now..

Like this you have the chance to find Pros and Cons of all the ROMs out there and you know for sure if you missed out something or not.

I also do have my favorite ROM, but you only can only call it your favorite if you had compare it with others;)

I wonder how to set timing of the amber (sms/missed call) light.
It is a good thing to save from battery but, i prefer to see the warning light for missed calls when i came from 1 hour of sports for example.
As i know it turns into green after 1 min of blinkink to save power.
