what can be unlock code ?
before was 000000

for my phone the code is 195304
just go to the phone keypad type ##778# or ##3282#
select edit and when asked for the code type in 195304.

##778# and ##3282# will direct you to two different menus.
I have sprint. If this does not work for you just call your carrier and tell them that your internet is not working thats how I got mine.
