Display dial pad after answering call

I'd like to know if there is a way to ensure that when I answer a phone call I get the dialing pad displayed on the screen by default.

I use my phone for work and that means when I get a work related call from our phone system I have to push the # key to accept the call. This means either opening the keyboard and fiddling for it or having to use my thick fingers on the screen to find the tiny button for the pad, wait for it to load and then find the # key.

If there is way to get this presented to me when a call comes in/or is answered that would be great.

built into the dialer your best bet would be to make a request to one of the chefs, i doubt it, but good luck though
