Need HTC 3G Video Dialer for x7500 wm6

My x7500 miss "3G video dialer" function from the dailpad. Does anyone help me to return this function, such as to install a cab file?

I've found the problem was caused when using "Real VGA" cab files. Using "Real VGA" cab files would cause the 3G Video Dialer function missing. Does anyone have the same problem?
