Battery Status Box Continusly poping up

Hey is anyone with open touch 4.0 having issues where battery status keeps popping up with a box saying like "thank you for using batery status" or whatever? It happens like 10 times a day on my phone. is their a way to stop this?

get a different build of BS
some of them have the nag screen, some of them don't

ahhh yes, I've been experiencing it for a while. It stopped so far this week.
