Disable All data besides MMS?

I turned off my data plan since I dont really use it. I was wondering how I could turn off all data and only allow my MMS. My data is always connected for whatever reason I see it connected for hours at a time. I have them all disabled in Kaiser Tweak ATM but I am sure I wont get MMS since it always connects to receive the messages.
