S630 No Vendor ID

when i try to flash s630 i get an error - invalid vendor id [208]
anyone know what to do

Try to flash a Device-Specific ROM, or first flash HardSPL;)

There's no HardSPL, softSPL or any other method to bypass the CID lock on Cavalier for the moment!
