only video calling for those who use Kaiser versions and not Tilt versions along with having a correct dialer with video dialing enabled and configured along with a carrier in your country that provides such a way to call on a high bandwith network to handle the streaming

I tried to do a 'sneak' by setting an animated gif as a contact picture but it didn't animate on receiving the call from the contact :(
