Dual Boot

Is there a way to dual boot your phone and run say WM6.1 and android at the same time?

guess it could be don with ALOT! of pretty fancy low lvl programming but
the problem would be that pda's have pretty limited os rom space
and their roms use all of it so ½ rom size would mean no programs at all
and it would also mean ½ storage
it would be as useless as the run win98 os on pda's as some threads in this forums talk about
