Raphael replacing Mogul

If the Raphael replaces the mogul does that mean that if you have insurance on the mogul and break it or lose it they will give you the Raphael or the diamond?

yeah, but my insurance is paying for a new phone not refurbished,ill complain to them, last time i got another mogul because my other one broke they gave me a new mogul, im pretty sure people will find ways to get the raphael and diamond instead of their old models, and they have to give you another one because i had my phone for less then two years with insurance, and they have to give you a new one if its newer then twp years, only if its older they'll just replace the part on it.

sprint can give refurbished phone if they cant repair ur phone any time they want and there is nothing u can do bout it!
