The other was same as littlerain skin. Only modified it a little bit to insert the battery status and Memory status. But still have bug when running the battery status. Will post it here as soon as I fix it.

I installed this theme and copied Segoe fonts to the \Windows\Font\ directory. I noticed that also comm manager uses these fonts. Now I want to remove these fonts but I when I try to delete them in file explorer I get an error message: "Cannot delete 'Segoe'. There has been a sharing violation. The source or destination file may be in use"

Has Anyone noticed any battery life issue with this theme. I charge my PPC 6700 the whole night and by late evening i am down to 20%.

hi everyone, thanks for all the helps here.

i really love the themes. i updated to the SMS 2.1 WM 7 theme and the only problems I have with is the Weather tab (the fourth icon on the botton). I want to switch that "Weather" tab to the "Favorite Program" tab that was on the previous WM 7 theme because I like easy access to some of the programs I use often.

Can someone please show me how to change the tabs at the bottom.

Are you using any Weather application, such as weather panel or any other application using this font?

If yes, you have to uncheck it from your today screen first.

I don't have any weather application except SPB MS. How can I know which application uses the font?

The solution is very simple (all credits go to google search :))

1. Move the fonts from \Windows\Fonts to somewhere else (I used My Documents)
2. Soft reset
3. Delete the fonts (in the new location)

I am having an issue with PocketCM Contacts:

The photos of my contacts are fine when I am in the All Contacts screen (with photos to the right of the name). But when I click on a specific contact, and it shows me the detailed info on that contact, the photo appears on the left side over the "contact information" box and not on the right of that box as pictured in the OP. Any help/suggestions please?!

I have gone through all 29 pages and the only reference to this problem I am having was a request for an update of the skin for PocketCM Contacts. If anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance. I am using the newest version of PocketCM Contact (2.5).

However, I really don't know how to install it. I read that I need to unzip and copy the files to folders. So I simply opened my programs from my device and added the files that I unzipped.... nothing happened!!! its OK, you can laugh. No it is not. If you attempt to use this with PocketCM 0.25, what will happen is everything will be fine until you click on a contact to see more detailed info/make a call or text. The picture box goes over the information box.

You have to use PocketCM 0.22 or lower with this one. Hopefully littlerain will update that soon. :(

1) How to make pocketCM the default contacts and SMS client

2) How to get the diamond style clock like in your picture, mine is just normal.

3) How to get Slide to Unlock as the default locker

4) Is it possible to incorporate Slide 2 Play into the program.

First things first, you need the required programs that don't come with this pack:

(download links are on the right side of the page)

3.Imageviewer: http://www.pocketcm.com/imageviewer.php

Some of the programs are cab, others you have to unzip them into a folder with its name under \program files\pocketcm\, \program files\imageviewer, for example.

Once that's done, copy the theme files into those folders such as:

1.Pocketcm: \Program Files\pocketcm\
2.Pocketkyboard: \Program Files\PCMKeyboard\
3.rlToday:\Program Files\rlToday\Skin
4.Spb Mobile Shell: \Program Files\Spb Mobile Shell\

I am only using the rltoday part of this theme, but I have noticed that my clock now says 07:35 instead of 7:35. I think it used to show the time without the 0 before it. Any ideas? as I am not very familiar with rltoday skins... And the clock is not set to military time.

Once you install WeatherPanel (check in the About tab to see what version you have; Ver. 2.5 is the newest one i believe), make sure you download the files you need to copy into the WeatherPanel folders. You can find it on the first page.

Once you do that, follow step five:

5.Weather Panel: + Dash Icon Folder: copy to MarsWare\Weatherpanel\Icons\ ; Shine WP II Folder : copy to MarsWare\Weatherpanel\Themes\

After step five, go to WeatherPanel settings, click on the Display tab and show the corresponding Theme, Layout, and Icon Set. It should be Shine and Dash for each.

THen just exit the program and you have it done. Hope that helps you.

How to add this application as the default contact manager?

Easiest way: download and install the CAB version of PocketCM.

You can also do it by hand:

* Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shell\Rai\:M SCONTACTS
* Change "String 1" value from :MSPOUTLOOK contacts to "\Program Files\PocketCM\PocketCM.exe".
Make sure that you add the "" on the new entry.

I am only using MS2.1 with the theme "MS21 WM7 littlerain", which layout do I need to overwrite with (i.e. A/B/C or H)? Or is this even possible?

Secondly in the contacts tab, the bottom right address book, is there anyway I can get icon to open up PCM or iContacts instead of the the default WMcontacts/dialer?

Man Im a noob...

*Followed directions on included PDF. Softkey icons dont show up on main screen. Installed fonts in windows/fonts.
*Calendar icon not showing on top bar. Followed directions.
*No idea where to put the following items: WM7bigger, PCMKeyboard files, rltoday files, resco today files (I have explorer and reg edit installed), the "program" dat file, in regards to the following int he instructions "Press the Windows Orb icon to go to the Now Screen, you´ll find an
icon below the Status icons at the left., tap and hold this icon and
choose “Pinned Management” and expand the “Organizer” group,
check the “Calendar” box and tap OK, now you have a new
Calendar icon."...dont see any icons below status icons on left. Attempt 1 shows my main screen.
*No idea after following instructions wrlsmgr shows up.
*No idea where this is: "Configure your Pro screen such it display alarm always and
Calendar in Auto, in the same way configure the Classic to analog
clock mode and to display appointments."

I'm having the same sort of problem. the voice,mail, and sms font is fine but the the font (VW, DATE, TIME )in the clock panel is to big. How can i reduce the font size?

If you download them from the main page, you need to download the fonts for that skin. It can be found if you going through this thread. Other than that you can edit the skin (XML file) using and word editing software.

The 'xxx' will be gone after you had missed call or do soft reset. Or you can edit the skin (XML file). add parameter unknown="0" at the end of that command line

Open UltimateLaucherConfig.exe

1. If you dont like tabs, you can hide them by click on "headers tab ", edit "Height" to 0

2. Open UltimateLaucherConfig.exe; tap New --> tap "Combination of tabs". At this tab, you can insert how many plugins as you want.

Which themes do you refers to? For SPB Shell, you need to you correct version of SPB software installed on your PDA. For the other themes you can apply it to your phone. Just follow the instruction.

Actually nothing to be sure : I think the theme is qvga mode when Diamond is VGA. The theme wouldn't work.

BTW very nice Windows theme with pure Apple design :D

ok! its obvious where to put the file for the spb mobileshell but i can't find the folder to install the rest of the files.. i have a unlock att tilt- (tytn II) i have been thru all 34 page of this thread alone and have not seen any intruction to this

i have tried just installing the folders that i could not find in the program file section but no change

If you want to shorten the date, you need to edit the *.xml file under date parameter.

Sorry... The method I explained was for rlToday user not the SPB Shell. For SPB Shell I'm not really sure how to do that. Perhaps you can ask the skin creator.

I cannot sort this out on my own. Littlerain's theme is perfect for me, except 2 things.

1. Missing voicemail icon-simply blank
2. The digital clock is not diamond version

I tried toniolol's version, and it worked great. Voicemail and clock are correct.
However, I do not like the layout of his. I prefer to have the tabs showing the NOW screen, Calendar, MRU, 16 icon speed launch, contacts.

toniolol utilizes no calendar screen and no speed launch (instead he has numerous contacts....I don't know that many folks!).

I could deal with the missing voicemail and plain clock...but would like it perfect. I have hunted in the registry, but no glory.

I read you're message and sorry to have to tell you that I've not a minute cause of my job...
And I don't use MS because of Manilla2D on my trinity !
But If you want to mix LittleRain's theme and mine I think it could be good for what you want, I mean your could just take my .dat status icons (don't remember the real name, just open it and check if there are in the status call icons) and replace Littlerain's .dat by this one.
And do the same for the clock if it's possible !
Remember to make a backup before or better to try it on emulator !

dont know about a digital setting, but it is set to professional. I have a digital clock, just not the pretty diamond type.


And aschroeder, according to the SPB mobile shell web forum, there is currently no way to change the texting to use other than the default application. I checked because I would like to do that too.

Hi, I bought a HTC Touch Diamond and i want to install this theme...i really don't understand anything about this...can you tell me step by step how to install this? I putted the files on the respective folders..but...what will do now to activate them?

I was frustrated at first as well, but I'll give you the steps as I understand them:

The files provided are just themes for their respective programs. You have to have the programs, (PocketCM, SPB Mobile Shell, rltoday, and PCMkeyboard) installed before you copy over the folders that littlerain provided links for.

So,

1. Download and install SPB Mobile Shell (shareware) from their website
2. Downlaod and install PocketCM (freeware)
3. Download and install PCMkeyboard (freeware)
4. Download and install rltoday (freeware)
5. Download and install weather application (I didn't install this one so I'm not familliar here)

6. Copy Pocketcm to \Program Files\pocketcm\ (just copy the zip file, no need to unzip it)
7. Copy Pocketkyboard to \Program Files\PCMKeyboard\
8. Copy rlToday:\Program Files\rlToday\Skin
9. Finally Spb Mobile Shell to \Program Files\Spb Mobile Shell\

And lastly, soft reset then activate the today plugins for rlToday.

Note: the correct sized fonts are on page 2 of this thread

When I restarted the phone it sais an error: Ocorreu um problema com MobileShell.exe

Sory, I'm portuguese and my phone is in portuguese language...this error has a two options: "Send" or "Not send a report to Microsoft" What can i do? when i installed a program, the program didn't show any problem when lauching...but, then i unziped files to the rigt folder, and the error appears!

I want to share my favorite theme: Windows mobile 7

The first word i want to say: thanks all great guys who help me make this theme:
1. Tenne: pocketcm program
2. HTCtoucher: great theme "GNA v1.2 Blue"
3. Itje: Touch-IT "wm7" look
4. Author of SPB Mobileshell 2 theme "i dont really remember"
5. januszjur: weatherpanel skin

How to install:
Very Simple: Unzip and copy to foder of each program
1.Pocketcm: \Program Files\pocketcm\
2.Pocketkyboard: \Program Files\PCMKeyboard\
3.rlToday:\Program Files\rlToday\Skin
4.Spb Mobile Shell: \Program Files\Spb Mobile Shell\
5.Weather Panel: + Dash Icon Folder: copy to MarsWare\Weatherpanel\Icons\ ; Shine WP II Folder : copy to MarsWare\Weatherpanel\Themes\

I see that this is for SPB Mobile Shell 2.1, but will it work with SPB Mobile Shell 3.5.2, which I am currently running on my OMNIA.

I downloaded the file and extracted the files, and then after making a backup copy of the files on my phone already - I copied them to the folder on my phone. SOFT RESET the device, and the screen came up all crazy with black background and some text and partial boxes.
