Rigid Flex Board. Any Advice on removing it.

I am trying to remove the rigid flex board from the screen portion of the Wizard (8125). I can get the backing detached from the screen but it feels as if something is caught and that I am snagging something when trying to seperate the two pieces. I just ordered a flex board with ribbon cable and need to install it but do not want to destroy anything with the LCD screen. Does anyone understand what I mean or have any advice on getting the pieces apart. I read the service manual but can not get past this point. TIA.

I have had mine apart a number of times, (2 lcds and a flex board). There is a sticky tape of some sort in between the board and the lcd. I slid a very slim peice of teflon in between to seperate the two, and viola!, apart it came.
