xp start bar

hi, im looking for a way to change my start bar and soft keys bar to a black glossy xp bar. can anyone tell me how to do this. ive searched the forums and cant find anything, but I remember seeing pics of someone who had it. thanks

look what i dug up when I typed glossy black bars in the "search engine".....perhaps it was "broken" when the first search was rendered....

I haven't seen such an application yet, but i think it's not impossible if someone edits a theme file for wm6. Like it's possible to change the top and bottom bars to simple plain black or green for wm7 themes so I think it's also possible to change them to anything you want to.
