SnapVUE not able to start

I guess i made a stupid mistake when liberating my shift... (i forgot to copy back the settings folder under \Windows).
i made the soft reset, and now my shift can't start snapVUE, it get stuck in the first wite boot screen (hTC smart mobility).

any idea how to solve this? :confused:

Hello Hatemd,

I had same trouble on my SHIFT.
It's cleared with hard-reset by following method.
Would you try hard-reset ?
