i have mda tmobile g4 and it going only in bootloader mode and stucks in first screen can i flash it with copyng a rom file to mini SD card ?

Yes ! but if you had already made back up of the rom earlier on a mini Sd card.
If it gets into bootloaders than download the official rom or the wizard_love rom and flash it in bootloaders,it shud work.
