It's really simple to DIY ;). Download grapihc edition software like Gimp for example. Open the png with it and then scale the picures to half it's size :).

PS : what is the plugin bellow HTC Home ? Is that only a row or it's part of the 4 icons behind ? And last question, if it's only a row, when you tap on Bluetooth or WiFi, does it active/desactive it ? Thx ;)

Yes,no problem .It's Today_Radio_Device_Toggler to switch on/off the connections and below it's pda status .
