How to upgrade Bootloader 5.17 to 6.xx

Hi All..
i have Big problem (i think)
My wallaby GSM error, so..i try to upgrade via SD., but not success.
Because my bootloader V.5.15, so...im to trying upgrade bootloader to Versi 6.xx
Anyone Please share tutorial upgrade bootloader and file Bootloader 6.xx

I already Have this Tools...
and also Im folowing tutorial step by step from This Link (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Wallaby_HT_FlashSD)
But Not success...i dont know, what Wrong....
Im Using SD Ardata 1GB and MMC Nokia 64MB.
I think the bootloader 5.17 not support this tools (But Im Not sure)
Maybe first time i need upgrade bootloader to V.6.xx
But i dont know how to Upgrade Bootloader and where i can download file Bootloader v6.xx

I have an SPV M2000 originally running on Windows Mobile 2003. Somehow I managed to upgrade it to Windows Mobile 6 Professional (Build 18125.0.4.2), but I am loosing Radio after some minutes and also Wifi. I reset the device and Sometimes It works other times Radio doesnt work at all. In Device Information I get Rom Version: 5.60.00 WWE, ROM Date: 03/02/05, RADIO version: NONE, PROTOCOL Version: NONE. ExtROM Version: (nothing written here). I can reset the device but it always give "communication error" when trying to downgrade etc. I'm really Desperate!!
