FMRadio with no cable plugged

Is there any chance to bypass the checking to see if there is the headphone cable plugged?
I know that probably I may have coverage problems but I believe if coverage is good enough it could work without cable plugged. Otherwise you can always plug the cable¡¡
Just an idea.

no cause the antenna is inside the headphones. no cable, no reception :D
