I there any type of program that will control the audio output of the rear speaker, better than what is included with the package? The problem is the rear speaker is very loud, even after you dial it down. A program that would allow it be be softened further would be nice.

Try the free SRSWOW software, it works for internal speaker and headphones, your need a reboot after the install so the driver loads correctly...
