TyTN 2 automatically switches to home screen

Hi,

if I put my TyTN 2 into standby-mode with pressing the on/off-button once and then put it back on by pressing once more it switches automatically to the home-screen every time. That's very nasty if I have take a larger note with long pauses between writings.

I like to have the last used program displayed if I return from standby-mode.

I can slightly remember that I installed a program with such an option. Unfortunately I deinstalled it and absolutely don't know what this was.

Does somebody know a registry hack for this or something similar?

I haven't tried this myself, but after searching I found these possible solutions here:

I remember reading some time ago about this problem. I guess it was a very known WM6 bug, probably related to security or today time-out issues.

thanks a lot for the thread-links. The problem can be solve by deactivating the auto-lock after x hours in the settings.

This is a nasty bug. If i loose my Kaiser it's completely unprotected.

Maybe the new WM6.1 ROM that has been released for the TyTN II has this bug corrected? You could give it a try...
