Many thanks for the ROM. I tried it today. Its fast, stable and superb.
Above all, it solved the problems I had with authentication of WPA-PSK with TKIP Data Encryption. I was previously using ROM:6.1.2a.16CS (WM6.1 build19209) cooked by c_shekhar.

thanx brother for this rom but,,, I have one question,, why there is around 3 MB already used from the storage memory ???
which programme uses it ?
That does not make sense ,, cuz I format the storage during hard reset but still the 3 MB is taken out of 30 MB ??

Great ROM! I was wondering how they got the Ramdisk to be the normal 30 MB..........

Yes, I can.
When you used a DUAL SIM Adaptor you get Extra Icon under
Start/Programs with Dual SIM.
When you start them you get the menu from the Dual SIM Adaptor.
SIM1, SIM2, ...
You have to click one an push select on th bar, then close Dual Sim Program
and turn on time Radio off and on. Then you have the selectet SIM.

The automatic reset from Radio is not funtioning. When you turn it manually it works.

Hi, I'm from the Philippines and using a Globe Telecoms SIM. I tried to Flash this ROM on my Hima.. all seems to work fine except for the STK which I always get "Service is temporarily unavailable.28" error message. Is there something I'm missing here?

I flashed your new ROM 6.1.5.16.PV (Build 19212) yesterday.
I found that WMP skins don't show up.
I have Voice command and it's WMP skin gets picked up automatically when I look at the options - and I couldn't change the skin.

I had to copy some skin files from "\Windows" directory to "\Program Files\Windows Media Player" directory to fix the problem. So that other people can benefit, I'll leave it to you to provide the best solution.

Can I suggest that you inform people on this thread what the changes are between Build 19213 and 19212.

Try change your Sim card with other simcard. or Re-flash your hima. In my hima everything ok, STK service working.

STK is menu from service provider. If your service provider support this service, STK menu will visible in your program menu. sorry for my english.:D

You're still working wit ROM: 4.2a.40CS (WM6 AKU 4.2) by c_shekhar??
Although that was a huge step forward at that moment, it was only released as a trial version, a kind of beta test. All recent ROM releases are much better. Just take care to backup all your important data.
Differences between Build 19213 or Build 19212 are minimal.

Yo dok! Filipino here, also a newbie, will give you a little advice, hehehe. AFAIK, all ROMS that you see here at xda-developers are safe to our devices. They will not post it if they are not sure about it. I've already tried about 3 ROMs from tofclock to c_shekhar's and i'd say it's all worth the upgrade, they are all masters. Now, build 19212 and 19213 from sonblack are the latest ROMS. I would say that 19213 is clean, fast and stable. For 19212 not yet downloaded for the link is not working for me. Maybe this will enlighten you. Happy flashing, dok!

P.S.
BTW, don't forget to backup your files before flashing.... hehehe

You can disable Network Wizard by changing the following Registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\NetworkWizard
EnableStartUP = 0

The Rom already has a registry editor.
Follow the change with a soft-reset.

I have same problem with bluetooth receiver, whereas all setting wase examined. "Receive all incoming Beam" was marked, but my hima cannot receive the file. any solution??

After using this ROM for about 2 weeks, i noticed that incoming sms will not wake my device automatically, meaning sms_alert_fix not functioning properly. I have to wake up manually just to receive those incoming sms. Does anybody encountered this?...

Let some one send sms to you & see if it will weakup the device, cos. it might do and the light turn off after 1-3 min. as you make setting of ur power.

I would say it will be good if you can release a new ROM based on Son-Black ROM... IMHO, SB ROM seems more stable than CS ROM.

Please dont remove the STK. I missed it so much in CS's ROM. Please add the registry tweaks too... (eg:SMS delivery report, Bluetooth reception, Auto-deletion of cabs-OFF)

A RamDisk of 16MB would be more than enough. Looking forward for the ROM & Kitchen v4...

You need to search for the ArcsoftMMS application. It is an accessory cab in C_Shekhar's newest rom, so if you download that file, it will be in one of the sub folders.
Otherwise search the forum and you will find it.

I have extracted STK from sonblacks rom also..

Can you please...please...please... post the STK as a CAB/OEM/ZIP (with the files & *.reg) to be used in other ROMs is you get it to work... Please, If you could do it, alot will be thankful for you.

Yes, download the CS-19209 ROM. The MMS software in in the ExtROM folder in his archive. It's in a CAB, so you can just tap it after each of your Hard resets or add it in to your ExtROM.

I love beautifull GUIs, but it is a bitch implementing skins in 6.1, there's just not enough room. I have been strugling for some time now to make a 6.1 ROM
that is "themed". Maybe if i had more free time... Anyway it is very hard to do it :(

I like this ROM but still it doesn't wakeup when an sms comes. Is there a tweak to make the backlight to turn on when an sms arrives? I think this will help to make the device wakeup automatically everytime an sms arrives. Will anybody help? Thanks in advance...

This is what i have done:
Enable KITL -> NO
Clean Registry Hive -> YES
Format Storage -> YES

But the camera does not function at all. However, it does function with 'coolcam' so its not a hardware related issue IMHO.
Any other suggetions?

By the way this ROM is very cool and super fast!

Iam also using SPB MS 2.1 and SPB Pocket+ 4

similar tipe.. But Pocket+ have fungtion not have in Mobile shell, like Smart Scrolling, safe mode reset (like PC), file explorer (ZIP support, File encryption, File properties (view and edit file extension and attributes), Storage card format, Check folder size in folder properties). etc

Most freq. used progs goes up? - Mobile Shell has.
safe mode reset (like PC)

For This I use Resco File Explorer. All Resco products very pretty and usefull.

Yes, but I like MShell more

hi...bit of a noob here...I have tried to d/load the pdaviet file for my xda ii. No good!! I simply can't use the password provided to d/load the rom.
I know peeps out there HAV d/loaded this, can they possibly giv me more explicit instructions?
