Uninstall Modification From CAB File - Not In Remove Programs Listing

How do you uninstall a CAB file that is just a modification, but not a program, so it doesnt show up in the remove programs list...?

Specifically this one...

"battery_ou_081304.sa.cab"

I dont like how no matter what themse you have, it uses a blue background on the battery meter, so it conflicts with the default blue theme, which I like, but is darker, so the battery in the corner looks bad.

oh i figured it out....(for anyone else who searched and found this thread)

run same CAB file again, it will say it has to uninstall before it reinstalls, then it will ask where to install again, and you can just cancel at that point so it doesnt add it back.
