Help With GPS on Dutty's Rom

i have searched this forum and have found nothing to help me. just wanted to get that out of the way first. i am sorry if this has already been answerd.:o

ok when i do a hard reset live search, Google Maps, and yahoo go! can access the gps after i install them. however once i soft reset the device none of these programs can access the gps. i have checked the reg settings and thay are correct every thing is correct. but i can access the gps with telenav, and GPSTest it works like a champ with these two and with the others for the first boot. and i know its the rom because i have tried the original htc rom, and the att rom with no problems. but i like dutty's rom and if possible i would like to keep it. GPS is a must. i need the apps to work.

Maybe you should post this in duttys ROM Thread.

Also, Check for GPS settings IN these programs makes sure that they have the Correct COM Port (COM4) and Speed (9600, I think).

I think the speed is supposed to be 4800.
