Theme Question

Hate to ask a n00b question, but alas, that is me.

Anyways, maybe if its searchable someone could give me some hints at what to search for, but I don't really know how to search for it. I want my taskbars to be a solid color (black), but the tsk file I am using has gradient taskbars.

I guess, how to I turn off the gradient bars to use general ones.
