unlockin the tilt

i brought a tilt the other day and i need to know how to unlock it i've been lookin for a while but found nothin... im not big on computers so it would help to find the easiest way to unlock it thanks to any1 that helps

theres no easiest way..theres just one way...just follow the steps and u should be fine
